I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1993 after completing an honours degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto in 1988. I practiced small animal medicine and surgery in downtown Toronto before opening my own veterinary hospital in 1997.
I hosted and created a weekly internet/radio show called Animal House Radio. The show was dedicated to educating pet owners about many different pet issues.
In my spare time, I volunteer for the Community Veterinary Outreach Program; a program designed to improve the health of homeless and vulnerably housed communities through veterinary care for their pets.
My interests include behaviour, puppy and kitten socialization, natural therapies and geriatric medicine. I'm a Fear-Free certified Elite Level practitioner, and I am passionate about pet wellness and prevention.
